Our Story
Hi, I’m Doshin Sherpaili, and I founded SilverConcept in 2021. At that time, I was searching for high-quality, individual, yet affordable fine jewelry that stood out from the typical traditional designs found in Nepal. When I couldn’t find any modern and luxurious silver jewelry locally, I decided to purchase from the UK. But the overall cost—including shipping fees, payment system barriers, and delays—made it impractical. That’s when I approached a local Kaligarh Dai (artisan) and asked him to recreate a design I had seen from a foreign jewelry brand. To my surprise, he crafted it perfectly—and at a very reasonable price. Inspired by this, I started SilverConcept with a mission to offer the finest modern silver jewelry in Nepal, combining global design with local craftsmanship. Today we are a small-sized company, a close-knit team, and one of the best-known jewelry brands in Nepal.

I design each of our jewelry pieces myself – with great attention to detail and a clear design claim. I taught myself the craft of design over years – self-taught, but with true passion. Our jewelry is handmade and often machine made. We deliberately produce in small quantities to ensure individuality, quality, and exclusivity. Each piece tells its own story – and only a few wear them. We believe in change: Our collections change regularly, offer variety, and always remain stylish and curated. Instead of mass production, we focus on details and luxury.
